This conference will explore emerging issues in substance abuse and problem gambling prevention, treatment and recovery through engaging speakers; networking opportunities; and enlightening workshops on a variety of topics including opioid abuse, addiction prevention, therapies and recovery process. The program is presented by Dauphin County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services with assistance from Penn State Harrisburg Continuing Education and Penn State College of Medicine Continuing Education. Penn State Harrisburg will hold a virtual Graduate School Open House at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, on Zoom. The open house will offer the opportunity to learn about the college’s more than 30 master’s, doctoral and certification programs.
