The Science of Sound

In an amazing multi-media presentation, Caryn Lin literally transforms sound through the use of her five-string electric violin and a myriad of modern technology! The program takes students on a journey from the classical days of Bach to today's techno-wonders by using modern techniques, including looping and other effects to produce unique and dynamic soundscapes. All ages; seating is limited.

The Quidditch World Cup returns to Fredricksen Library! U.S.A. vs Britain featuring alumni from Hogwarts and Ilvermorny playing their hearts out in the library's atrium. You can register as a team by emailing the Teen Services Coordinator at cdavies@ccpa.net. There will be plenty of room for spectators. Registration is now open.
