The way our community learns about events has shifted. Fewer community members are visiting RSVPA to find events. And when March 2020 arrived and canceled all plans, everywhere, we pulled our on-air community event announcements too.

We value your time (and ours). We are no longer accepting new calendar submissions and will take the calendar offline at the end of January 2022.

Archaeologists from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission continue their search for the 1750s French and Indian War fort. They've also been uncovering ancient Native American objects and artifacts from 1700s-1900s life at the Mansion. The excavation is cancelled on days of rain. The excavation is only on the weekdays. The only Sunday excavation will be on September 16 in conjunction with Fort Hunter Day.

A sweet reminder of the past; clear toy candy making will be demonstrated in the summer kitchen of the Mansion during the Victorian Tea. This Pennsylvania-German tradition that dates back to the 1700s involves molding sugar into hard candy sculptures.
