One-of-a-kind jewelry, pottery, glass sculpture, apparel, pewter, wooden utensils, basketry, carvings, and fine art are hand selected by the former members of Third Street Pottery who present the best of Pennsylvania's crafts. Small-batch herbal soaps, luscious hand-crafted chocolates, and fiery salsas tempt the senses. This annual open house is eagerly anticipated by visitors who value the opportunity to meet the makers of the fine crafts.

Assisted by Santa's helpers from the Friends of Fort Hunter, young shoppers 12 years old and under may do their holiday shopping, without the aid of parents. Tasteful, museum quality items are provided by Fort Hunter Mansion Museum Shop. All items are $10 and under. Purchases will be wrapped with the assistance of helper elves and a gift tag will be signed before the youngster leaves the shop. Proceeds support the work of the Friends of Fort Hunter.

Saint Thomas Dulcimer Society in Concert

Sounds of the season will be performed by 18 members of the Saint Thomas Dulcimer Society. Enjoy a mixture of holiday and seasonal tunes played on mountain dulcimers, a Baritone dulcimer, a Bass dulcimer, a banjammer (plays like a Dulcimer sounds like a banjo), harps, a hammer dulcimer, and an Irish drum. A holiday sing-along will conclude the concert and the Toy Train Exhibit will be open for a brief visit at the end of the evening.
