Led by jazz pianist Steve Rudolph & trumpeter Bill Perbetsky, the River City Big Band is now in it’s 5th year of continuing performances throughout Central PA. Music is drawn from the history of big band jazz & dance ensembles (Buddy Rich, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Stan Kenton, Thad Jones) as well as arrangements and original compositions from members and friends. The band performs every 3rd Monday at River City Blues Club. Free parking – food and drink available – under 21 must be accompanied by an adult – $10 cover at the door – arrive early to insure available seating.
