Mindfulness – Embracing Life with an Open Heart

Join us for the virtual mindfulness course, “Mindfulness – Embracing Life with an Open Heart”! This online Zoom course consists of guided meditations exercises as well as theoretical discussions, stories, poetry, and inspiring quotes about mindfulness. Every other Saturday (6 Classes)

Instructor: Toru Sato
Toru Sato received his Ph.D. in Psychology at York University in Canada. He currently serves as a Professor at Shippensburg University and is passionate about studying Depth and Transpersonal Psychology (emotions, human relationships, consciousness, & spirituality). He is the author of “Two, One, None: Conversations on Meditations” and “The Ever-Transcending Spirit: The Psychology of Human Relationships, Consciousness, and Development.” He has had the privilege to work with numerous individuals on their personal development as a mindfulness coach. He has also had the privilege to facilitate many meditation sessions at Shippensburg University as well as the neighboring community for many years.
