Life Casting Q & A (Virtual)

Did you ever wonder how molds are made and how casts get created? Have you ever heard of the term life-casting? Come find the answers at our Q and A session with Dr. Anthony Cervino of Dickinson College! Dr. Cervino will present a short lecture on the life casting process and contemporary and historical uses followed by a Q and A session. Anthony Cervino, a Pennsylvania native, has been teaching sculpture at Dickinson College since 2006. He also co-runs Ejecta Projects, a small art gallery in downtown Carlisle. He studied art at both the University of North Carolina and Towson University and has shown his own sculptures at a number of national and international galleries. His solo exhibition, Once a Future Kingdom, is currently on display at the Susquehanna Art Museum in Harrisburg through March 4th, 2021.
